House Rules - Villa Palm Évasion
1. Guest Capacity
The villa can accommodate up to 16 people. Any additional person must be reported in advance and will be subject to an extra charge. Only registered guests are allowed to access the villa.
External visitors: maximum of 6 people, by prior request. No visitor is allowed to stay overnight without written approval.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: before 12:00 PM (noon).
Please respect these times unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Use of the Premises
The villa must be used in a peaceful and respectful manner. Parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited without authorization.
Outdoor noise levels: from Sunday to Thursday, quiet is required from 12:00 AM; on Friday and Saturday, no specific restriction (respect for the neighbors is required).
Eating or drinking on chairs and sofas, both indoors and outdoors, is prohibited.
4. Cleanliness
Please leave the villa in a reasonably clean condition. Take out the trash and wash the dishes.
5. Specific Prohibitions
No smoking indoors.
Do not move the furniture without authorization.
Eating on chairs and sofas is prohibited.
6. Liability
In case of breakage, damage, or loss, inform the owner immediately. The tenant may be held financially responsible.
7. Specific Conditions
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the owner may terminate the rental immediately, without a refund.
8. Electricity
Electricity operates on a prepaid system. The guest is responsible for purchasing electricity credits.
9. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be requested before arrival to cover any potential damages. It will be returned after inspection of the property, within a maximum of 48 hours after departure, if no issues are found.
